What certifications can you provide?

Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we welcome factory visits and video audits. Contact us to schedule an appointment.

How do you control quality during production?

We implement strict multi-step quality control: incoming materials check, in-line testing, full inspection before packing, and random sampling by QA.

Do you offer custom frame or motor integration?

Yes. We support frame geometry customization, motor brand integration (e.g., Bafang, Ananda, etc.), and OEM branding.

Can you help with overseas certifications or shipping?

Absolutely. Our team assists with certifications (UL, CE, etc.) and can manage sea/air shipping or work with your local forwarder.

Do you have warehouses overseas?

Yes, we partner with local fulfillment centers in the U.S. and EU for faster delivery and returns if needed.

What is your lead time for OEM orders?

Generally, 45–60 days for first orders depending on specs. Repeats can be faster.

What payment terms do you accept?

We typically accept T/T, with 30% deposit and balance before shipment. Custom terms can be discussed.
